I cannot open my site. What should I do?

A number of reasons can result in a downtime that is not from us. It is also important to know that failure to access your site does not always indicate a problem with your hosting account or domain name.

Our web servers are rarely down. The problem could be from your ISP. Use a cybercafé which is on a different ISP from yours to see if you can reach your site. Alternatively, ask a friend or family member in another town or location to do so.

The internet is made of several networks of computers connected together. If the connection along the path your computer uses goes down, you may not be able to reach your website. However, anyone on a different path may still be able to reach your site.

Confirm that your domain name has not expired. It is your responsibility to ensure that you remind us to renew your domain name each year, 60 days before expiry. We need time to conclude the foreign exchange aspect of the transaction with our bank.
